I can’t thank Laura enough, my Fit bumps and mums classes were my escape postpartum, an hour for me, an hour to regenerate, refocus and renew but I got so much more. Support, friendship, encouragement, comfort and a place to feel safe with other ladies in my position. I am truly saddened to have to stop, but the extended network of friends I have gained means the world. Thank you Laura cx

Really enjoyed going to FitBumps fitness classes to meet other mums who have a passion to keep exercising through their pregnancy. Unfortunately during my third Trimester I experienced pelvis pain to the point where I couldn’t even walk my dog for 10 minutes let alone continue training at the level I had been – the pain was excruciating. I had to take time off work and was preparing myself for 10 weeks of misery and the possible use of crutches. I had two physio sessions with Laura, using acupuncture and massage to help realign my pelvis. This weekend I did a 5 mile mixed terrain cliff walk at 36 weeks pregnant. I didn’t think that would happen again until after the baby was born! I am so happy to now be enjoying the final stretch of my pregnancy and back to doing the things I love. Thank you Laura ❤️
