Fitbumps pregnancy pilates
Many bumps want to continue exercising throughout their pregnancy but feel too exhausted to endure their usual routine, are in too much pain for the impact of a step class or may just be concerned about how to exercise with their changing shape and a little person on board.
While some ladies, who do not workout routinely, feel the need to start an exercise programme for the health and well being of themselves and their unborn baby.
If you fit into any of the categories above then Pilates is perfect for you and the Fit Bumps Pregnancy Pilates is a wonderful class that you can continue throughout your entire pregnancy.
Watch the video below to get an idea of the type of exercises we do in a normal class, although it does change every week and we utilise a few different bits of equipment too.
Classes run on Thursdays at 6.00pm at the beautiful studio in Newquay.
Mats, blocks, blankets and pillows are provided but you will need a gym/birthing ball.
Booking is essential. Classes are £8 each when you buy a 5 class credit (with a 7 week expiry).
Taster/one off sessions are available (space permitting) at £10 per class.
