Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Laura was born and raised in Newquay and after studying A-levels at Newquay Tretherras School she chose to go to Oxford Brookes University to study BSc Physiotherapy. After gaining her honours degree in 2008 Laura returned to Cornwall and soon gained a job with the NHS. She has worked as a musculoskeletal out patients physiotherapist around the county, gaining a wealth of experience along the way. As well as the standard musculoskeletal conditions she now specialises in women's health physiotherapy treating women with pregnancy related pain and continence problems. Laura had her first child in 2012 and although she had a lovely pregnancy it helped her appreciate the difficulties which many women face. During her first pregnancy Laura found little relevant exercise and treatment locally, this inspired her to start her business to help current mums and mums of the future! Laura is now a Mum of 2 lovely boys and has a successful business empowering women throughout Cornwall to keep fit and well.

Nathalie is a qualified Personal Trainer and fitness instructor with a love of the outdoors and a passion for working with women to improve confidence and wellbeing through a lifestyle approach to fitness. Nathalie teaches pre and post natal fitness in group classes or 1-1 as well as a stretch and strength class at the studio on a Wednesday.
Little Mango Yoga
Toddler Yoga- We playfully explore yoga postures, and movement through imitating animals, songs, rhymes, stories and other sensory props.
Mum and Baby Yoga- This class is a mix of postnatal yoga for Mum, baby massage and stretches for baby with some sensory stimulation.
As well as being a key player in the Fit Bumps antenatal classes Terri runs monthly relaxation workshops at the studio. This one-off workshop is designed to equip you with some tools and skills you can use to help you take control of such issues, during a relaxing and rejuvenating 90 minutes with Clinical Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing Practitioner Terri Barbery-Redd.
