fitbumps pregnancy circuits

There is currently no pregnancy circuits as our instructor has recently had a baby herself, keep an eye on our Facebook page for info on if and when this class may return.

FitBumps Circuits includes a warm up and some mobility, followed by a circuit of cardio, weights and core stability exercises, finished with stretches and then relaxation and snack/chat time!

This class is suitable for any levels of fitness and any stage of pregnancy and all exercises can be modified to meet your individual needs!
