Many bumps want to continue exercising throughout their pregnancy but feel too exhausted to endure their usual routine, are in too much pain for the impact of a step class or may just be concerned about how to exercise with their changing shape and a little person on board.
While some ladies, who do not workout routinely, feel the need to start an exercise programme for the health and well being of themselves and their unborn baby.
If you fit into any of the categories above then Pilates is perfect for you and the Fit Bumps Pregnancy Pilates is a wonderful activity that you can continue throughout your entire pregnancy.

Practising Pilates in class environment also has the added benefit of making a network of friends who will be invaluable in the weeks after the birth of your baby when you will welcome support, advice and someone to meet up with for coffee and cake! The Fit Bumps class includes 50 minutes of exercise, 10 minutes of relaxation and 30 minutes of chat along with a sweet treat and drink.
Classes run on Tuesdays at 5.59pm and Thursdays at 6pm in the beautiful studio in Newquay.
Mats, blocks, blankets and pillows are provided but you will need a gym/birthing ball.
Booking is essential. Classes are £8 each and booked in blocks of 5 weeks.
Taster/one off sessions are available (space permitting) at £10 per class.
1:1 sessions are also available at £35 for a 45 minute session or £45 for a 1 hour session- these are ideal if you are in a lot of pain, are nervous of a class situation or just want some extra attention to ensure you are executing the moves correctly.f
